“The Sonora Town Hall Cottage was in the perfect location to enjoy Nauvoo and Carthage and be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area. Greta, the host was darling and she made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean and charming. We highly recommend it and hope we can come back!”

“The cabin rental was a great stay. Had some connection problems with the t.v. couldn't get past the check out date. The wifi was easy to hook up. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh. Did have some problems with ants on the countertop. Great place to stay, enjoyed our visit.”

“Property is removed from town just enough to be delightful but close enough to drive there within minutes. The home was furnished well. The grandkids loved sleeping on the bunk beds and in the loft. The queen rooms were perfect for the adults. The yard had room for the kids to play outside. Owner is easy to contact and very helpful. We’ll stay here again when next in the area. Highly recommend.”

“This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the city. Rural enough to be quiet, but within easy driving distance to a city. Also perfect if you just want to stay on the property and really get away from city life, just bring your groceries. ”
