“The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found.
