“What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Special little touches everywhere. Makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner in shower like a hotel, coffee with creamer and even little stirring spoons! My daughter...

“Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.”

“The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold...

“We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!”

“There are 6 of us in our small group and this was our first overnight stay together..a test to see if we could spend 24 hours together :) This was the perfect house for us. We each had our own beds. The house is right on the beach. It was great sitting on the porch and looking out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great time.”
