- parking pass is required for numbered spot located in front of condo. A pass is located in the condo for you and must be displayed. Please return the pass or a $25 fine will be charged
- additional parking is located next to the pool just a few steps away (no pass required here)
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay
- No events or parties
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent
- Quit hours are from 10pm-7am
- The pool is open from 10am-sunset
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed in the house nor in the screened in porch
