Beautiful Home for multiple families!

Close to the ocean, clean spacious home for our party of 13. We love Ocean Lakes with this being our 5th year in a row. We’ve stayed in some beautiful homes. This one has been one of our favorites. The price, cleanliness, location near the ocean, outside area and home layout was perfect for us.

Best Halloweekend Ever!

Our family had the best time staying at the nicest property at Ocean Lakes. 1202 was such a Clean and nice house that was very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The first thing I noticed was how amazing it smelled, and that the owner has put charging stations in each room! Communication with the owner was made super easy and she was able to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be renting from her again!! 10/10 recommend.

Great house, location and PM

Our family stayed in 1202 in mid July of 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. Property is as pictured and was one of the best stocked houses we've rented in OL. Beds were made upon arrival, there was hand soap in the kitchen & each bathroom, kitchen towels, dawn + a sponge were all provided - those might not seem like a big deal to many, but for those who have rented other properties in OL, they were very nice touches. The property was nicely decorated, but not overly, so there was plenty of space to store our food and things. And the best thing probably of all, the location, we always try and rent a house that is walkable to the beach (because we have small children with us), but this one comes with a great view from both balconies as well as a very short walk. The view was an added bonus on rainy afternoons. Maria was also great to work with and very responsive to questions. We would highly recommend and rent again.

Perfect vacation house

This house was perfect for our family. We had six adults and four children under the age of five. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, blender and crockpot. The large front deck was awesome! We sat outside most afternoons and evenings. Maria was great to work with. She was in constant communication with us.

Already Booked Again

Maria, was excellent to work with. Any questions or concerns got prompt replies or remedies. The house was beuatiful, the kitchen was stocked with any appliance or pan you might need. The bedroom configuration was perfect for my daughters and my 4 grandchildren. The outdoor space was great. Steps away from the beach made it perfect. You won't be disappointed if you book this house.

Another Great Family get away

Have been going to Ocean Lakes for 10 years now and have stayed in multiple houses over the years. This is the second home we have had the pleasure of renting from Maria! I can attest that you won't find a better owner when it comes to communication before, or during your stay. Day of check in she was already ahead of me with the information needed to access the home. She checked back a few hours later to ensure everything was to our liking and expectations. Going at the end of the busy season can be a gamble when it comes to cleanliness, not here! This place was immaculate! This last row home is close to the beach so you can enjoy the morning view while sipping your coffee. It isn't on the "strip" so there isn't a constant stream of traffic going by either which is nice for quiet evenings. Always nice when the house has golf carts to rent as well. This wasn't our first, and will not be the last time we rent from Maria. If this property don't seem to be a fit you should reach out and take a look at her other home.

Spacious Beach Vacation

This house is one of the best houses that we have ever rented. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The decks are the best and the furniture on them is great. This site will be on my list for future stays. The owners are easy to reach and willing to help. Thanks

Beautiful and close to the beach

Maria’s home was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. She communicated well and met or exceeded all expectations! The beach access is just a few yards from the house and the home was spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed this home away from home! The perks of the campsite of pools and arcades were an extra bonus perk! Thanks Maria!

Family of eleven.

What a great house to vacation in with the whole family. Everything was very nice and clean. We loved that it was on the last row so no houses directly behind us. We opted for use of two golf carts. They were there charged and ready to go. They were great for getting to the water park. The house is so close to the beach we mostly walked. Lots of outdoor seating and the grandkids love the bunkbeds. The host was great to work with.

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Property

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s property! With an open floor plan in the main living area and 8 adults we had plenty of room for meals, relaxing and visiting. The 5 roomy bedrooms and 3 full baths everyone had plenty of private space also. Properties 2 balconies were a nice option for outdoor relaxing too. With a short walk to the beach we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises. Truly a wonderful Myrtle Beach stay!

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful home in family friendly Ocean Lakes. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Perfect location. A short walk to the beach. Loads of activities available for the whole family rain or shine. Maria is a wonderful host and excellent communicator. She made sure we had anything we needed. It was a great experience. We will be back!

A Perfect Getaway

Very pleased with this house. It is exactly as described in photos, no unexpected surprises upon arrival! Maria was nothing short of amazing. Rooms very spacious, adequate lighting for inside and outside, and the charging outlets... Thank you, that is a feature so many look over! Communication was phenomenal, very pleasant and comfortable. A breeze checking in and out. We were not sure if we were going to use golf carts, but when we arrived we decided we would like to, sent payment immediately and her husband had us the keys asap. That was very nice of them to do last minute for us. She even sent me recommendations for our Thanksgiving meal- she definitely went above and beyond to ensure not only the house was perfect, but to ensure all aspects of our trip was wonderful. This was our first trip to Ocean Lakes and I am thankful for Maria giving us recommendations and ensuring we knew of the amenities around us. Would 100% recommend this house!!

Great Week with the Family

The home was clean and well decorated to invoke peace and tranquility inside and outside the home. The deck had ample seating for our party of 11 to sit and enjoy the evening breeze. The closeness of the home to the beach made it easy for us spend time at the beach and not have to worry about packing food because we could easily walk home for lunch/dinner. We had a wonderful time!

A Perfect Week

This is a lovely house, conveniently located and well equipped. The front porch was especially nice and a wonderful place to relax after a busy day at the beach. Being able to rent golf carts from the owner was also a plus. Our family of 11 had a great week there.
