The layout of the home and property was well designed. we used everything the house had to offer and had a fabulous time. Perfect location to the beach and not near hotels or condos where the beach was crowded. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stoked with all of the essentials. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed dinner down at the bar. Game room was a hit too!!!

What a great vacation property!! The host was very responsive. The house was great! Had all the amenities we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family!! Kids had a blast in the game room! Was great being able to jump in the pool in November! Property was so close to the beach we enjoyed many walks collecting shells. The elevator was a life saver for mobility impaired family members! Couldn’t have asked for a better property! Highly Recommend!!!

Check in was seamless and communication with the host was easy with all messages quickly answered. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes for our party of 11. The location was excellent for a family holiday. Surfside Beach is not crowded and relatively quiet compared to Myrtle Beach. All attractions in Myrtle were a short drive away though when we wanted to go out adventuring. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for anything you need. House was very clean and roomy enough for large families. More than enough towels for showers and pool/beach. Beach access extremely close maybe a block away. The kids loved the pool and the arcade inside the home. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. We hope to stay again in the future!

Sun of a Beach

This home is absolutely amazing! All the amenities are top notch! Everything you could have wanted in a house was provided. From the swimming pool to the game room to beach chairs and toys and of course the golf cart!! There even was a coffee bar with K-cups provided. The bedding was all very comfortable as was furniture in living room. This home is perfect for families with children. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of Tropical storm Debby, but we really enjoyed the few nights and days we spent there.

Our vacation couldn't have been better!

The house is beautiful and really is just steps from the beach. Everything you need is included, and there are little touches around the home that really make it special. They even have lots of beach chairs and a wagonvto carry them! Having our own pool was a real treat, and there were tons of pool/beach toys as well. The house is laid out really well so there's plenty of space for everyone, and the game room and Tiki bar are fun! We only had one request during our stay ( NOT a problem) and the owners helped out immediately! The owners sre really available if you need them for anything and are super nice. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and are already looking for dates to re-book for next year!

Great Vacation

Everything was great! We stayed the week before Easter 2024 and the weather could have been warmer. Corey made sure the heated pool was staying warm for us. The golf cart was great to take the kids to get ice cream.The home was very clean and the owner was great with communication. The home was enjoyed by everyone! Thank you for the amazing service.

Wonderful stay at Sun of a Beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sun of a Beach, celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The property was beautiful, clean, had everything that you could need and the location was perfect. The game room was so much fun! The owner, Corey was great to work with. We will definitely rent this property again!

Could not of been better

Everything was perfect! Communication, instructions, location, stocked house! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for multiple people. The beach chairs and toys were great! Having the golf cart was another amazing plus to have. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean! Plenty Of room for everyone! The elevator was a bit tricky but super helpful! We would definitely book this house again!

Fantastic week at the beach

The house was great. The attention to detail for the furnishings and beach toys was awsome. We were so close to the beach we did not need to drive the cart when we went down to the sea. The kids wore out the pool and the adults the corn hole. We have been coming to the beach for over 25 years and this was one of the best times yet.
