Welcome to Beach camp! Mh 403 is located in the mobile home section of Ocean Lakes Family campground, Just over a block from the beach, playground, basketball courts, and more. Two blocks from the amenities center . 2 Complimentary golf carts: one 6 seater and one 4 seater, included at no charge. Ocean Lakes is the #1 family campground in Myrtle Beach. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 11. There is also a bunk bed on the back porch for day napping. Large double lot with a backyard where you can relax in the hammock while kids swing in the sky chair. There is a gas grill and a chargrill. The front has enough parking for 3 to 4 cars. The family fun center has a pool, lazy river, water slides, Kiddie zone, arcade, mini golf, snack bar and more and is within walking distance as well. The large screen porch up front is a perfect hang out and the rear screen porch is a quiet retreat.

**Primary suite (queen bed) has a private bathroom w/ walk in shower and private entrance from the back screened in porch.
***The family suite has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub. **Bedroom one has a king bed ** bedroom 2 has a full over queen bunk bed and a separate twin bed.
***The front bedroom has a full bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower just outside the door. There is also a desk in the room.
***Living room with a deep sectional, swivel chair and recliner
***Full kitchen with crock pot, blender, baking supplies and more (like home)
***Washer and Dryer in unit
***The front screen porch has table for dining, TV w/ cable and lots of seating.
*** Rear screen porch has a double bunkbed for kids who want to camp during the vacation .it is also a private place to relax and overlooks the rear patio.
***Must be 25 to rent this home and operate the golf cart.
***No House parties allowed. Underaged drinking will get you removed from the home and Ocean Lakes with no refunds. You will also be responsible for any fines. We have rectified the previous issues from reviews that were less than 5's. We have new cleaners and the front bedroom and bath remodeled to repair an unknown leak. The carpet has been replaced with LVP throughout.
