    Indoor pool is open year round.

    Water park in season dates are memorial day- labor day. The water park is also open with limited hours over Easter Weekend, May 1st-Memorial day, and Labor Day through September.

    Hours are subject to weather, staffing, and resort discretion. Contact the park to verify off season hours.



    Parking: Four vehicles are permitted to park at home. Overflow parking available.



    Ocean Lakes requires all guests to register with the park before arrival. They charge a park access fee of $12/day per vehicle when registered at least 14 days before arrival, and $15/day if registered more than 14 days before arrival. We will assist you with this registration process!



    Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping, drug use, and illegal activity.



    Dogs are permitted, with pet fee. No Cats



    *Starting September 8th 2026, the indoor pool will be closed for renovations. It is expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend 2027

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The location of the home has easy access to all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. Location was easy to get in and out of the camp grounds. The home was well-maintained, spacious, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.Sean was great to work with and made the entire process easy. He provided very detailed information and instructions with made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun-filled getaway at Ocean Lakes!

Sean was awesome to work with and super responsive to any question or needs we had. The house was everything we were looking for and more. We enjoyed our time there and can't wait to book there again.

Spring Break

We had an amazing experience! The location of this rental is great… beautiful sunsets at night and only neighbors on one side. The rental was clean modern and stocked!

Wonderful Time

Had a wonderful time with family. House is beautiful and served us well. Communication with host was above what I expected and was most appreciated. Highly recommended

Family Vacation

House was nice, beds comfortable, shower in master was great. Adults and kids enjoyed the arcade, we played games every evening! Enjoyed all the amenities offered at Ocean Lakes. Thanks!!

Our stay was wonderful and the house was exactly as described! Sean, the property manager, was extremely easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had.The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The decor was beautifully done, the beds and bedding were very cozy, and the huge pantry was perfect for storing food during our stay. The tabletop video game was also a fun bonus! The house is located closer to the front of the resort, so the area is a bit busier, but we actually enjoyed relaxing on the deck and people-watching.Ocean Lakes Family Campground itself was amazing! We had no idea how much there was to do until we arrived. It was so easy to walk or hop on a golf cart to get to the beach, playgrounds, coffee stand, and mini mart.This house was a great value considering the amount of space, the location, and everything included within the resort. The resort is also very strict about parking and requires passes for entry, which definitely added an extra sense of safety and security.We would absolutely stay here again and hope to come back in the future!

Annual Ocean Lakes Fourth of July Trip

Sean was a great host and always quick to respond to questions. Check in was a breeze and it was nice that linens and bath towels came included with the rental, unlike most properties in OL. House is large and new, and has an awesome layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that it is located right next to where OL houses their trash trucks. There were a few days that they got started in the wee hours of the morning, which was a problem for some of our lighter sleepers. Overall it was a great place to stay, and an excellent option for a larger group!

Beautiful home and Host was great !

The home itself was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Its a short 10 min walk to the beach and located close to things you may need in town. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the patio overlooks a busy road both in and outside of the property gates and at times it was very loud. Also the patio overlooks the maintenance yard for the campgrounds so we looked on a road and the back of garbage trucks all weekend. At night it was much more peaceful but still busy and the view of a maintenance yard. However if you just want the place to stay its clean and well worth the cost because the good far out weighed the bad.
