Esta casa tiene tres dormitorios, dos y medio baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite y cuenta con un balcón y vistas al mar con salida al exterior. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales para dormir un total de 6 personas.

La planta principal es un diseño de estar abierta, con la cocina, comedor y sala de estar todos conectados. Las habitaciones familiares se abre a una terraza privada frente a la playa con asientos silla del capitán por 6. Hay una piscina de una urbanización privada y terraza para tomar el sol. garaje privado para 2 coches, se proporciona una parrilla de gas. Lavadora y secadora en la 2ª planta.

Se proporciona acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad. TV por cable está disponible en cada habitación.

Beautiful view of beach and ocean from 1st floor balcony. Lots of seating and table space in nice townhouse. The owner wrote me right back when I sent a message. He quickly took care of it. Great parking spaces!

The property manager is extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. Layout of home is perfect. Corner unit. Porch and upper level balcony with perfect views of ocean. Bedding, toiletries, and kitchen soaps were provided which was a very nice surprise. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Plenty of parking. Steps from the sand with easy access. The unit was not as clean as I had hoped, but that is a cleaning service issue and it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. The other occupants renting didn’t adhere to the “no smoking” signs and were chain smoking on their porches, so that stopped us from enjoying the porch and keeping the doors open to hear the ocean. Other than that, highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Location

We loved Surfside Beach. The beach and ocean was so close that our oldest (age 7) was able to walk between there and the pool without any concern. Everyone we met was so kind and family friendly. We had all the amenities of Myrtle Beach without the huge crowded beaches. The piers were both close and offered fun when you needed a break from the heat or something to do in the rain. We are already planning our next stay here! There were a ton of golf carts around that you could rent and we felt next time we would definitely look into it because we didn't really explore everything Surfside had to offer. We will definitely be back!

House was great! Extra fees, not so much.

Las Palmas was wonderful, and they had everything we needed for a great Easter/Spring Break get away! The kids loved the pool area and we played pickleball a lot. I just hate how VRBOs have a ton of extra fees that aren’t factored into what you’re quoted when booking. Tell us what it costs from the beginning and then we’ll all be happy!🙂

5 Star Property

Here are the reasons that this is a 5 Star property: 1. Oceanfront with decks off of the living and master bedroom. 2. There is a set of stairs that goes from the living deck down to the pool and beach that is only shared with the townhouse next door. 3. A small family complex with only 15 units. 4. The owner, Chris owns this unit #9 and the 2 next to it #7 and #8 for larger groups. 5. Chris is always friendly and quickly answers all questions. 6. House is stocked with all the essentials. 7. There is a large 2 car garage that also has beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. 8. Ease of check in process 9. Comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets and towels. Thank you Chris! Our family had a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return!

Beautiful house but...

The house was terrific, very clean, well equipped and good location in Surfside however. It is 1 of about 12 or 14 townhouses in a u-shape facing the beach with a pool in the middle. Apparently most of the units the owners either live there or don't rent them out when we were there about six or seven of them were occupied by the owners and their families. They are constantly back and forth between houses large gathering and you definitely don't feel welcome. I loved the house but may not stay here again for that reason. If a quiet get away with family is what you want this is not the place.

Great for Family Beach Vaca

This townhouse is a perfect place for a family with small children. The pool and beach access are right out the front steps. The owners even had additional beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and even spices! We loved the porch and upstairs balcony where we could enjoy the sites and sounds of the ocean and even saw dolphins! We were provided with plenty of shower towels but, unfortunately, no hand towels. And, the place wasn't as clean as would be expected - but this is a reflection on the cleaning service and NOT the owner. The owner had immediate responses to all of my questions and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Great beach location!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. The beach is beautiful and the view from the house is excellent. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook very much so I can’t really comment on the how well stocked the kitchen is. I would highly recommend this rental!

Excellent location

We were on spring break with our teenage daughter and my parents. The location on the beach was beautiful! The townhouse was spacious and well equipped to cook anything we needed. It was a quiet area in comparison to Myrtle and all of the residents we met were very friendly. The stairs into the townhouse are a bit steep if you have anyone with physical limitations. We are definitely hoping to stay here again in the future!
