The second floor has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. Two of the bedrooms upstairs feature two full beds in each room sharing a bathroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. An additional master bedroom is also on the second floor featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a double sink. Enjoy a covered balcony on each floor on the front of the house as well as a covered balcony off of the downstairs master bedroom overlooking the private fenced-in pool. Additional seating around the updated pool area with an outdoor TV and new enclosed outdoor shower. Seasonal pool heat and pool cooling are available for an additional fee.
