The pool in the outdoor kitchen is incredible. There was a separate cottage. The bunk room was a perfect!. I have nothing negative to say about this house and I cannot wait to go back.”

“This place was awesome for our group of friends and dogs. Pool was great for hanging out most of the day and being right on the lake with a dock is always a plus! A few maintenance issues is the only reason it is a 4 star. Sliding door wasn’t working, but the property manager assured me it had never been a problem before. One of the shower heads wasn’t working properly as well. But all and all was a great stay!”

“I can’t express how much we loved our stay here. The house was so spacious and lovely. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We booked it for our wedding weekend to have a private place and also used it for the bridal party to get ready and had plenty of space! Really comfortable beds. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for multiple ladies showering. The pool was so nice as well. The hosts were super communicative. ”

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a nice area. There was plenty of parking on the street. We stayed the Thursday - Wed of Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, daily. “The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice. ”

I was there for a combined bachelorette party and he gave the best recommendations for food and a party bus. He even delivered a special surprise for us.
