“We loved being on the water. Being able to walk out the front door and fish was great. Our host was very responsive, almost like sitting across the table. It was so convenient rafting up to the houseboat with our boat. The night sounds on the lake were so nice - owls and other birds. We liked being next to Johnson's Marina. The people there are a great help if you're not familiar with the lake.”

“Upon arrival it was evident the owner did not check if the property was cleaned before our stay. I believe he quoted a misunderstanding/mixup of our stay dates. The beds were slept in and unmade, there was food in the kitchen, used towels in the bathrooms and a filthy floor. The location was ideal for our plans but we were unable to stay and our whole family was beyond stressed looking for a new property”

"El hotel en sí muy bonito, bien ubicado etc. hemos ido en otras ocasiones y todo excelente. Está vez nos tocó una habitación sucia, maltratada, alfombra con manchas, sofá con hoyos (roto, descosido) muebles golpeados etc. Estuvimos una noche y llegamos tarde y cansados y por esa razón no pedimos un cambio de habitación. Pero si la primera vez nos hubiera tocado así, seguramente, no habríamos regresado"
