Only hiccup, the confirmation email sent out doesn’t referenced VRBO and we didn’t have cell service at the house - be sure to download instructions from email before arriving at the tree house. “The property was quite lovely. The views are amazing. We stayed here to go to a concert at Red Rocks, about 40 minutes away. This would have been a fairly uneventful stay, but the day we arrived there was 8 inches of snow on the ground in early May! By the time the morning came it was over a foot! Fortunately, we had heeded the requirement to get a 4wd vehicle for our stay and had one capable enough to get up the road, and then out again. “This property is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The hosts were so responsive and even had a manual to make everything easy and accessible. It was super clean and so comfortable. From the fireplaces to the outdoor fire pits to the air hockey (the kids had a ball with it) and the hot tub, it was like a dream. It most definitely made it a dream vacation.
