La mejor opción en Changshu
Excelente ubicación, límpio, amplio y el mejor internet en toda China. Hasta en Facebock pudimos ingresar. El personal amable y habla inglés. Colaboraron con nosotros en todo. Cerca de In City (Walmart, KFC, Starbuck, Häggen Daz), del monte Fushan, de Fangta y de otras amenidades.

Recommendable
Nice facilities (gym, restaurant, pool and live music at the bar). Good service and breakfast buffet. Difficulties with the language (English) of some personnel (parking valet, Gym or housekeeping. Good price in comparison with quality.

Best hotel in Changshu
I always stay here when I visit Changshu for work. It's a standard Crowne Plaza but better than other four star properties I have seen. Comfortable stay.

Good stay in Changshu!
I stay here everytime I visit Changhsu for work. It is the best hotel there. Rooms are nice. Some more dated than others. But convenient and clean.

Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel was wearing out but still the staff is overall friendly and helpful. I would still stay in the same hotel if I were to go to that area. Hardware wise I would suggest a renovation.

Bedste hotel tæt på Changshu
Hotellet er det bedste i Changshu - i hvert fald som vesterlænding. Ligesom sidst - for 18 mdr. siden, så fik jeg er værelse, hvor pengeskabet ikke virkede, og igen skulle der massiv pres til, før de endelig kunne finde et værelse, hvor pengeskabet duede.

整體來說各方面都不錯，建議改善處: My overall comment is favorable but expect 2 improvements: 1 - 大堂貼有禁菸標示仍有許多人公然抽菸，無人制止 People smoke in none smoking zone, including lobby bar in ground floor. 2 - 菜單菜色建議可再多樣化 Wish more diverse cuisine

周りにはほとんど何もありません。 心して泊まってください。 夕食もどこかで食べてから、帰宅するような毎日です。 朝食はそれなりのホテルということもあり、日本人でも食べれるものが多いです。特に、生野菜があり重宝しています。

游泳池和健身处的服务员基本都不在的，浴室里的卫生十分差，非常脏。游泳池也没有安全员。总之配套服务很差。作为常熟地区的四星酒店，性价比不高。自助148，没有广告中的牛排，性价比低。就餐人太多，菜品也少。

Altid hav en kopi med af, hvad du har betalt for hos Hotels.com på engelsk. Da jeg ankom kunne de se, at jeg havde betalt men ikke for morgenmad. det blev hurtigt rettet, da jeg havde kvitteringen, hvor morgenmad var inkl.

no hot water after 9am
This hotel should be rated a one star hotel. The hotel turns off the hot water after 9am each day. There is no advanced notice letting you know this before you check into your room. There is no note in the room telling you they turn off the water at 9am. They do not let you know this in any way. The hotel does not clean their dishes. The property is rude and does not care about customer service. Don't book this hotel.

horrible hotel. no hot water available after 9am.
This hotel is very dirty. They do not clean the dishes or restrooms. The hotel does not offer hot water after 9am in the morning. They do not give you advanced notice when you check in that hot water stops at 9am. Do not stay at this hotel. When you ask them anything, they are so rude. They do not care about customer service. This hotel should be rated a one star hotel. They do not clean things.

Best hotel in Changshu
I stayed for couple of days in Crown Plaza Changsu. Without any doubt it is best choice among the available ones in Chnagshu. I enjoyed every bit of my stay from comfort, food and leisure. Will definitely recommend to all visiting this.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔
호텔은 깨끗하고 편안했다. 직원들도 친철하고 서비스도 좋았다. 하지만 상숙 시내와 조금 떨어진 지역에 위치해서 주변에 편의시설이 부족했다는 단점이 있다.
