There did seem to be a slight overload of rules and reminders, but we did have a really lovely time, and the location was ideal for trips out to the north Norfolk coast.”

“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Conifers. It was lovely and quiet. My partner was recuperating from heart surgery so we didn’t go too far, nice flat walks nearby. Long and short. I think probably most people that stay have dogs, as non dog owners, we could smell dog in the main living area and when you sat on the sofas or the rug. “Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. ”
