“The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. ”

“My family of 4 stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a wedding at Stowe House. The room was perfect for our family and huge. Breakfast and the communication from staff was perfect. Many thanks”

“The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. However dont go with any expectation of self catering, minimal facilities which dont include a basic toaster and less than adequate utensils. It appears there’s an assumption that you will eat at the restaurant which looks incredible but quite costly if there for evening meal and breakfast!”

“Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The outlook across the lake was very pretty and parking was easy. The bar/restaurant was tastefully decorated and was a pleasant spot for a drink and dinner. Breakfast was 'made to order' and quite ok. The out of town location made this a very restful spot.”

“Extremely good experience at Horwood House. Everything from the greeting at reception to housekeeping was faultless. Stayed in a deluxe king room which was as expected but above all, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. They had the most attentive and polite staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. ”

Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo.”
