Maravilloso
Maravilloso en todo. Especialmente el servicio y atención del personal. Ayudandonos en todas nuestras necesidades. La posición es realmente útil si se va en coche.

Our best hotel in Sicily...at an excellent price. Wonderful garden, very elegant hotel, very friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Very convenient to be able to park inside the park.

Arredamento delle stanze e dei locali comuni vecchio e vetusto. Giardino di ingresso non curato con una sola "fontana" funzionante, se si può chiamare fontana un tubo che dal terreno eroga acqua. Ristorante non funzionante nel periodo del mio soggiorno e ovviamente non segnalato sul limk dell'hotel. Tutte le sere al rientro in camera trovavo due o tre scarafaggi che pascolavano sul pavimento della camera. Hotel sconsigliatissimo, delle 4 stelle non si riscontra nessun servizio di appartenenza a questa categoria.

Good, but 4 stars?
We had a very spacious room that, like the other reviews said - needs an update. Breakfast was nice, a little understaffed leading to waiting for refilling, coffee orders, information about what is available and cleaning. Pool area was amazing, very calm, quite and not too crowed. I understand that the hotel has been a 4 star hotel pre-covid, however, when looking back at old pictures of the breakfast, lunch, rooms and garden area its obvious that they have had to decrease the offering, however the room prices did not reflect the decreased quality. Walking to the old city of Siracusa takes up to 1 hour a taxi costs 15€ minimum.

An oasis in Syracusa!
This is a very comfortable hotel. An oasis in Syracusa! We loved the size of the rooms, the breakfast and the beautiful pool area. Would stay there again!

Un vrai bijou
Un vrai petit bijou cet hôtel ,un magnifique parc cache le bâtiment ,une très jolie piscine bien entretenue ,et lorsque vous rentrez dans le bâtiment whouaaaa une merveille ,une décoration très soignée Chambre très spacieuse ,propre et calme Petit déjeuner bien garni Personnel très sympathique Bref une vraie pépite non loin de tout

Unbelievable!!
We checked in on the 28th May, We had 2 rooms reserved. Upon entering reception We noticed that Hotel dekor is very old. We were given the keys to our rooms on the 1st Floor and upon entering rooms we could also see that all is old, There was a big problem with air-conditioning and weather was very hot, also fridge was not functioning properly. After 4 hours telling us that air-conditioning was going to be fixed we remained same and couldn't rest and had to go out for some time. Finally they changed room but still same problem. The Hotel needs a big overhaul but after talking to the lady owner I noticed that she was happy with the Hotel as is !! I honestly don't recommend anyone staying at this Hotel. It's not cheap and a Nightmare.

Underwhelmed.
We stayed 1 night in a standard room . The grounds are lovely, the lobby area is very nice and the staff are very good. I was underwhelmed with the room. This is a 4 star hotel that markets refined elegance. I did expect a nicer room - basic beige - no colour features as the website - no features at all. No tissues in the bathroom, no face cloth, 1 tiny soap, no body lotion - a slow draining shower - I did expect more. The breakfast/ dining room was again basic. Tables lined up against the walls - a large area on the center - empty - very poor layout - it felt institutional. This appears to be a hotel that needs a bit of care and attention. It wouldn't take much to return the former glory.

En Oase i Siracusa
Et magisk sted, en rolig oase i travle Siracusa. Vakker gammel Villa gjort om til et moderne 4 stjernens hotel. Anbefales på det varmeste! Deilig å bo litt utenfor travle Ortigia, med mulighet til å trekke seg tilbake og bade i det vakre bassenget. God mat, god service, passer for voksne, par. Ikke for barn.

Elegante struttura immersa nel verde
Struttura molto elegante caratterizzata da un ampio giardino e da una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi. Il personale è semplicemente unico, composto da persone simpatiche, disponibili e competenti che ti fanno sentire fin da subito a tuo agio. Ci è dispiaciuto dover andar via al termine del nostro viaggio, saremmo rimasti ancora volentieri. Torneremo :)
