Thank you for your kind advise regarding breakfast, we are serving it in the coolest spot of the venue as the temperature is too high during the good seasons and not really possible to sit on the top roof terrace. Dear Mr.we are sorry you have not had good time at the hotel but we would like to remark again, as did during your stay, the Suite you have booked and paid was the one you stayed in. It is easy to find the confirmation email expedia sent you when booked the Suite and see the picture on it, it is the same Suite. The water system has been reported and we have tried our at that time, please accept our apologies.
