“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.”

“We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price.”

“Fantastic sea facing, penthouse unit very close to the airport. I'm fact the infinity pool faces the runway. Superb noise insulation hence no noise of the flights taking off or landing. Convenient location for tours and couple of nice eateries nearby. Very courteous staff too👍”

This property offers immaculately clean rooms with private bathrooms and good air conditioning. Don’t expect hotel like facilities (gym, front desk etc), but if you just want a room to base yourself for your Sabah adventures, this is a great find!”
