Took me by surprise once I saw the actual rooms.....Very good location in Tagaytay. Great deal too- if in fact the rooms were $200plus USD! Rooms were advertised as special discount, starting as low as $42 (I wanted a balcony so I chose the Executive Suite,at like $49 (after a closer, ALL rooms were listed as the same size). BTW, rooms were spacious.... WiFi was painfully slow to constant losing connectivity (non-existent in the bathroom, where I needed it most) FYI- There is hot water, TG! ...It takes awhile to heat up,I later discovered, but just before I was about to cut my losses to find a newER hotel. Just know that you should lower your expectations about 1 1/2 Stars from what you may see in the pics (and read reviews!)

When we arrived at LeeBoutique Hotel in Tagaytay, we were warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk lobby. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, spacious room and outdoor patio. All amenities and comforts such as refrigerator, teapot and sofa were provided. We decided to extend our stay at LeeBoutique and are looking forward to returning again soon. We highly recommend LeeBoutique Hotel in Tagaytay for those seeking an affordable hotel with cleanliness, friendly staff and warm hospitality.

Jena at the desk was so efficient and accommodating. I had a long drive and it was past 9 pm. Check in was smooth and she made everything so stress free and okayed my request for late check out since I came in so late.

The room was nice, but too close to the road and you could hear the traffic. I couldn't sleep very well as I am a light sleeper. I asked the receptionist if there was another room that was not as close to the road, he said no. I would have like to have been offered to change my room for something comparable that was further away from the road. The roof deck is great for sunrise and sunset viewing, just trim the coconut fronds or plant a smaller tree.

Efficient and cool staff
The best part of our stay was meeting and being served by efficient and cool staff. The location is good and accessible. The food is tasty especially the pork tocino. On the other note, we were a bit surprised that there's no microwave in the room and if you will ask the kitchen to heat your food, it would cost you P1,500 ($30)??? It was surprising too that you need to request for a hairdryer and it is in limited quantity so I ended up not having a hairdryer, thus needed to sleep with a wet hair...not really a comfortable stay.

Good place to stay in Tagaytay..brekky included, clean, good location..starbucks, 7-11 and McDs down the street, the mall is a short drive away, has parking, staff is excellent

Noise from other room can be heard in our room and it was almost midnight when they stopped. Staff needs customer service training as they seemed to not really know what they will reply when asked about basic things.

On a budget. This one's for you!
Booked a queen room bed. Gave us 2 twin beds. Breakfast was meh. Room lighting was meh or looks a bit dark. Quite a distance to the main areas of tagaytay.

Friendly, clean, comfortable - no problems at all.
Really a nice hotel. I prefer smaller boutique hotels to huge unfriendly hotels, and Lee fits the bill to a T. Friendly, clean, comfortable - no problems at all. This was in fact my second stay in this hotel, and it remains on my list of favourites.

Less than a minute walk while enjoying the weather will bring you to the pool area where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake while enjoying a dip in our pool. We do not have a bar inside our hotel, but in the vicinity, there are a lot of bars and night spots that you can choose from while exploring Tagaytay. And all these are just within a few minutes drive from the hotel. Should you be back in Tagaytay, just approach any of our staff and they will be more than happy to show you places to visit and popular places to explore your tastebuds as well. Ligger lige tæt nok på stor gennemgående vej.
Set i forhold til prisen er det sikkert nogenlunde,men er kun brugbart som overnatningssted,idet der ikke er egentlige faciliteter tilknyttet,bortset fra en meget lille swimmingpool,der er placeret 60 mtr derfra.

Rooms need sound proofing.
We got upgraded from premiun to deluxe room. Plus we check in early. The only problem was they have a family guests in the same floor with us. The family was noisy shouting in the hallway. The rooms need sound proofing!

Lee Boutique in need of furniture washing
The furniture have to be changed or at least cleaned and polished. The couch and chairs have stains all over, furniture are dusty. Carpet and floor needs washing and polishing.

Our overnight stay was okay, just the service at the kitchen was a little slow when i already called earlier to order our plated breakfast but still we had to wait before it was served. More bright lights in the room will be more pleasant and a comforter without stain will be much appreciated. Over all stay was good, will come back soon. :=))
