Pros:
Of all the places I stayed, this hotel stood out as my favorite. For a budget-friendly option, it felt surprisingly complete — carpeted flooring, good amenities, and a clean, comfortable room that was serviced daily. Housekeeping was consistently professional. I especially appreciated the thoughtful service: even when I only asked to have my bin emptied, the staff insisted on vacuuming the carpet and restocking the tea bags before leaving.
The location is also excellent — within walking distance of multiple MRT stations and surrounded by convenience stores. Very accessible and easy to get around.
Cons:
The hotel reception is located on Level 3 of a multi-storey building, and it wasn’t obvious at first. You’ll need to look up to spot the neon sign, then take an elevator to access the lobby. The property is surrounded by high-rises, so if you're hoping for a scenic view, you won't find it from the room — but the city views are all around you once you're out and about.
The towels provided can be a little overused — one even had a small hole — though I was personally fine with it. If you're particular about towel quality, you may consider bringing your own.
