“Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more.
Also for added security there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms and security...
“We stayed at The Ship for a special wedding anniversary. It’s an exceptional hotel in a wonderful area which has a unique atmosphere. The hotel food is good with a menu that changes over the seasons. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice from pastries and cereals to full English. The rooms are well furnished and comfy and the tea, coffee and biscuits topped up daily.
For bird watchers the estuary is worth a visit and in the room we chose the hotel thoughtfully provided...
