“We loved the updated features (keyless entry, modern mirror, etc) and of course the Seminole decor. While it is close to FSU’s campus, we didn’t think it was exactly “walking distance.” Technically sure, but not the safest walk. Overall a great experience! ”

The next day, he said VRBO would charge me because the unit was taken off market and I had not canceled. So I need to pay one day. That was a lie. Host tricked me and used VRBO so instead of the cancellation and refund, Host revised my 21 day stay to a one day stay so I am denied my refund. Maria/Jessica were great and very responsive to a minor issue we had that was addressed promptly. Huge place, very centrally located, very clean, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Would most definitely stay here again!!”

“Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to.”

“Note, I am only commenting on the room that I rented, not the entire apartment. Everyone has their own circumstances. The room that I stayed in was kept cleaner than the rest of the apartment. The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only.”
