“Staff were so friendly and helpful. Got a takeaway packed breakfast for the early ferry with a coffee which was so helpful. Recommend everything about this hotel it’s brand new, very comfortable and in a perfect location. Lovely French bakery around the corner too. ”

“There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. ”

“I chose this hotel for its convenience to catch the Tallinn to Helsinki ferry being on the outskirts of the city and only 5 minutes drive to the port. The reception staff were very helpful, the room was ideal and the breakfast was tasty.”

“The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...
