This property is fantastic. Communication- Blue Zone, the property manager, was continually in communication- asking if our needs were met, whether anything was missing, etc. This occurred both before and during the stay.Apartment- the unit had everything that a family of 4 (all 18) could need. Both bedrooms were comfortable, there was ample kitchen space and cooking supplies (despite the fact we ate out nearly every meal), and the balcony was great if not a little noisy from the AC units. The pool is also amazing- very large, swim up bar, quiet, and lots of shade. They have several iguanas that seem to live in the middle island as well. The only negative (Very small one) is that the small pools which seem to be hot tubs are not hot.Location- this is the best part. Being right in the middle of town, there were infinite choices of meals, bars, beaches, etc. The city itself is fantastic- safe, busting but not overcrowded, beautiful.We already decided we will return here, hopefully soon.A few tips- (i) use the entrance between the pools to get direct access to the main street and remainder of hotel. (ii) the food at the food court was excellent, (iii) the view from the roof was amazing- we didn't notice until last day but it would be agreat place for sunst pics if you don't want to head to beach.
