“The house is perfect for a stay near Tampa. The owners were wonderful about letting us leave the car at the property for a few hours after check out while at a conference in Tampa.”

“¡Una experiencia impecable de principio a fin! El apartamento es aun más hermoso, amplio y luminoso que en las fotos, con una limpieza absoluta y una decoración impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila pero a solo unos pasos de los puntos de interés principales. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, la cocina está totalmente equipada y los detalles de bienvenida hicieron la diferencia. Mención especial para el anfitrión, quien fue súper atento, amable y rápido al responder....

“The host was excellent with communication with me with whatever questions I had. Place was really nice!”

“My only complaint is that I didn’t stay another day to just enjoy the space. Super easy, very cute, and perfect for a solo or couple traveling to explore the city with a nice quiet place to come back to. If I come back, I’ll stay here for sure.”

“Booked last minute and had great communication. Good location for everything and enjoyed relaxing there!”

“Was a little smaller than expected, only real complaint is the shower head. Doesn’t really allow you to shower very effectively”

“This was a great place to stay for easy access to the Stadium. It was clean and a really cute place. The Ms. Pacman was fun while waiting to go to a concert. Bed was comfortable and the split A/C was nice and the fans because it would cool down pretty quickly. The host was perfect; sent us the information we needed to get into the house and a nice reminder of what to do upon checkout, We would stay again.”

“Great place for a great price. Perfect spot for events at the stadium. Quiet for being close to the stadium. A good accommodation for pets too. ”

“This place had an amazing vibe and we didn’t want to leave! We were only here for the night but we will be back next time we are in Tampa! It has so many things to look at inside and just felt a sense of calm being here. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Great property and really clean with all the amenities one could ask for.”

“Although we had no problems, it is a little edgy area for an old guy.Since there were no pictures of the outside of the home, we were kinda surprised by the exterior of the property. It is very close to the street. You can park on the street, which is a good thing. The inside was remodeled. It is about as good as you can get with a home of this age. The water pressure was low at the main bath sink but the main bath shower had good pressure.. The master bath took a while to get hot water...

“It’s a charming place, but I had a few issues. There were dead ants everywhere, making it feel dirty. I’ve taken pictures. The small yard wasn’t clean either. There was rotten fruit on the table, and the yard was covered in leaves. The bed, however, was very comfortable.”

“We had a great stay! Ann was super responsive and helpful throughout the booking and checkin. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to the stadium… perfect!”

“Muy bonita la casa, limpia ordenada, camas confortables, muchas toallas, trastes, chocolates de bienvenida, muy espaciosa, zona tranquila. Estuvimos muy a gusto ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was cute and comfortable. The best part for us was the convenience. Everything was with in a 5-10 minute drive. From Armature Works, Berns Steakhouse, Oxford Exchange and the Tampa Aquarium.”

“Nice little spot close to Raymond James Stadium. Weather was perfect to walk to the Bruno Mars concert. Would stay again if I have an event at the stadium.”

“Shower curtain fell down too easily. Cockroach in the bathroom.”
