“This cottage is adorable! Beds were comfortable and amenities were perfect. Standing at 5’2” on a good day, I felt tall but comfortable in this cottage. My son is a big and tall man. He said it was comfortable for him too- he just had to be creative in the shower. It is close to so many great places.”

“The residence was clean and quaint. Per my wife, 2 ply tissue would be better versus 1 ply. Also, a newer shower liner.”

“The home was cozy and relaxing. The decor is beautiful and welcoming inside and out. The outside lighting is cute as we arrived back late from enjoying the night life in Tampa. The most accommodating for me was hot shower and the cleanliness of the home. ”

“Property was beautiful ! So happy with our stay . Very beautiful, spacious modern home . The house was very clean and conveniently located just a short drive to pharmacy , restaurants. We will be back for sure ! ”

“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. “We had an amazing family vacation at this beautifully renovated home! With adults and kids in tow, the spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout was perfect for us all. The screened in pool was a hit with the children as well as us grown children at heart and the amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen and TVs in every room, kept everyone entertained. “The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is.”
