Perfect

This house has all you need for a great vacation. From pool, hot tub, large grill, numerous games, and the best appointed kitchen we have seen. Super clean. The location was perfect for us going to Steinbrenner Stadium and many restaurants. We loved this house!

Hockey adventures.

Visited tampa for a bruins game with a group of friends. The house had everything we needed, and labeled to make it even smoother. House was perfect for older teens and adults with pool, yard games, card games. Location was convenient to downtown and arena.

Great Space

We stayed here with friends from all over the country to celebrate my husbands birthday!! It was a perfect home base for our activities and gave us extra time to be together under one roof. Highly recommend!

Amazing and well stocked property

Everything was so well organized and the team made everything so easy. The home was beautifully furnished ideally made for a vacation with friends.We enjoyed the hot tub and it was a bit cool out for the pool, but still loved the outdoor space!

Used the house the day before our son’s wedding as a gathering spot for friends and family. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos and descriptions were very accurate. Will definitely visit again!!!!

Awesome place to stay.

This place is equipped with everything you need for your stay, also the kitchen has all the items to cook. The house is beautiful and very modern. The host stayed in contact with us the whole time and made communication very easy. The pool area has everything you can think of to enjoy the pool and also do a cook out. It even has a small workout area in the garage. Also bunch of parking area for vehicles. The rooms were so beautiful and cozy. It has games and bicycles. The list goes on and on. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Tampa area close to downtown, look no further, 1906 Tampa is the place!

Excellent experience

Communication with the host was fantastic. Replies to my emails/questions were very quick. The check in process was smooth. One can tell a lot of thought goes into the management and care of the property. In addition the house itself was everything we had hoped it to be. Would definitely rent again.

Beyond Incredible!

To say this property was amazing would be the understatement of the century. Every detail has been carefully thought of and executed extremely well. The home is very well updated with state of the art kitchen, home sound system, pool and spa and outdoor accommodation. The pool area is screened in, making it completely debris free. All of the beds and linens were extremely high grade and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. I CANNOT speak highly enough of this property and the amenities it offers. I would recommend this house to anyone who is staying in the area. Location was excellent and Dan the owner/property corespondent was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay the best it could be. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Unreal property, incredible host. Thanks again for allowing us to use this amazing place.

Amazing Property

This house is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed. Very clean, modern, new and equipped with every possible thing you could want in the kitchen for entertaining groups of people. The living room with the pool table and electronic gaming table were hands down the best entertainment for our group. The gaming table was the center of attention every night! A plethora of TV's throughout the house, great bathrooms in each bedroom and an incredible pool area with plenty of seating, TV and grilling area! The 4 car garage with workout area and city bikes was amazing. The Gorman family communicated with us before, during and after our stay. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had to date! Don't hesitate to book this house.

Fantastic Property/Experience

Our family had an excellent experience at this property. We really enjoyed the onsite amenities (pool table, outdoor pool/living area). The location of the house is close to Hyde Park as well as downtown Tampa. We will definitely be booking here again.
