You are invited to our private oasis waterfront home in Apollo Beach. Enjoy our backyard, from the outdoor living space, dining area, sun loungers, games, and the amazing pool overlooking the canal; Watch dolphins & manatees as you relax in the pool.
In the house you will find a large kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and an additional living room with a closet and sleeping sofa that can be used as a private 3rd bedroom.

Great space for all ages to create a memorable experience.
The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and direct access to a pool thru a sliding door.
Great size living room equipped with pull-up queen bed. Great space for gathering and can be used as a bedroom if needed, equipped with a private closet and door for privacy.
The backyard and the pool where all the memories are made, you will witness some of the best sunset you have ever seen.
Many games to keep kids occupied and plenty of seating for adults and kids to chill and relax.

Guests are permitted to use the entire space during their stay. Please use the driveway for parking.
Pets are not permitted in our home at this time.

We live right by and are always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions or recommendations

Great Florida living at its best. Have a coffee in the morning overlooking the canal and watch dolphins and manatees go by.

Finish the day off at your private pool and enjoy watching the beautiful sunset.

●Early/Late Check-in/Check out:
From time to time, we might be able to offer early check-in or late check out. Please message in advance if possible. $50 charge to cover extra labor for expediated cleaning.

●Solar heated pool: With Florida sunshine the soalr pool heater equipped with 5 solar panels on the roof will raise the pool water to a swimmable temperature between 70° to 80° as long as the sun is shining and no overcast. Solar blanket is also available to help retain temperature from dropping at night.
Although Florida is the sunshine state, we do get some cold days and overcast from December to February that can impact the temperature of the pool and render it not as enjoyable.
All pool heaters including electric heater will not work at temperatures below 50°.
Please check weather and temperature before booking if you wish to be using the pool.

●Free Kayak usage throughout the stay with all 4 day bookings.

●Free 1 hour of 2 Jet Ski usage with all 7 day stays. Additional hours or full day Jet Ski rental available to purchase. Inquire for Special pricing.
●Enjoy the whole space, but keep the water activities to the pool area. Dock is not suited for boats
●Do not attempt to operate pool pump and pool equipment as this could result in severe and costly damages.
●Please use the driveway for parking cars
●No pets, parties or smoking allowed. ($400 fine)
