Another Amazing Stay

Our second time staying at this property. We love it - it’s a great neighborhood, convenient walk to Bayshore, shops, restaurants. The bungalow is perfect for a small family, plenty of room to sprawl out, nice patio space out back, and the price point is very attractive. It’s clean, the staff are amazing, check in and check out are very efficient. We will be back again! Thanks for another amazing stay.

Another great visit!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is ideal, in a lovely neighborhood and easy to walk to restaurants or go for a run down along Bayshore Drive. We use it as a home base for visiting our UTampa student and exploring the area and beaches. The house is well-appointed with everything we need and Kathie is an excellent, communicative host.

Cute, Convenient SoHo Bungalow

Bayshore Bungalow was the perfect home base for my husband and I moving our son into an apartment in Tampa. The home was clean and well stocked and we loved the neighborhood and convenience to shopping, restaurants and everything Tampa has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

This house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of four. I’ve never stayed in a rental so clean! Our only complaint is the water pressure in the back bathroom was low in the shower. Appreciated the huge bath tub in the main bathroom and the comfortable living room sofa. It was so nice to have a 12 minute walk to a coffee shop and a 15 minute walk to Bayshore. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting family in Tampa!

Wonderful House in a Great Location

In Town for a Fraternity Convention

The house is laid out nicely and spacious. The furnishing and bed rooms were modern. The kitchen and appliances appear to be recently updated and in great condition. The house was thoroughly clean. We had no complaints about the property. When we come back to Tampa, I would stay there again.

Loved it!

Spent 5 nights while in town for my daughter’s wedding. Was a wonderful place - house is clean and in a cute neighborhood. Made for great pics with her bridesmaids as it is a beautiful craftsman style home. Beds comfortable and had all the little amenities needed for a short but comfortable stay. Top notch!

Great property location - walking distance to restaurants, shops, Bayshore. Kathie and the team took care of all of our needs. Communication is super quick and any help needed is just a text away! Comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood

We were very comfortable in the home. Enough space for the whole family. Cooked dinners several nights in the kitchen. Best part was the beautful neighborhood and the easy walking distance to Bayshore Blvd, SOHO restaurants, and Hyde Park village shops and restaurants.

Perfect intro to Tampa Bay

We used the house as a base to settle our daughter in at UTampa. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and set up really nicely — worked great for my husband and I and 2 teenage daughters. We loved the location— the immediate neighborhood is really lovely and we had easy access to great restaurants (try Water + Flour), the school, and the stores we needed for supplies. Just a beautiful area and a great introduction to the area for us.

Excellent property and location!

There were 4 of us in our group 2 couples. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The driveway was large enough for 2 cars+. The couches and beds were very comfortable which is a plus. A nice little back yard for sitting which I always look for in a rental. The location is excellent with easy walking distance to Howard St for restaurants. The neighbourhood is very lovely to walk around. We would recommend and hope to stay again when in Tampa. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay in SoHo

We had an outstanding stay in South Tampa. This bungalow has been updated top to bottom, while maintaining the historic charm of this spacious 3BR bungalow in the Hyde Park South/SoHo area. The location is awesome. We loved how close this was to the fabulous Bayshore Blvd-excellent for morning walks. Also within walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the Tampa area, as well as The shopping at Hyde Park Village. The house is extremely clean. All 3 beds are super comfy, as well as the couches and chairs in the living room. The kitchen is freshly updated and well stocked. We enjoyed playing cards on the enclosed front porch (bonus living space). We would definitely stay here again.
