Save your money. Do not stay here. The first time I used the toilet in the primary bathroom, it would not flush, sewer gas escaped, and the stench remained the entire stay. Immediately contacted host. He promised to send someone. He never did. Called the host, he did not answer the calls. Emailed the host, he did not respond to the emails. Only response was when he promised to send someone to repair toilet and never did. Also, water bubbled up in the bathroom sinks when toilet flushed or sinks used indicating a systemic plumbing problem which the host denied knowing about. Two closet doors in the secondary bedrooms had been removed and placed in the closets. The house is setting causing numerous cracks in the gray painted walls which were filled with white unpainted sheetrock mud. Doors in the house stick from its settlement. Large partly and poorly repaired hole in the wall behind the front door caused by the doorknob hitting the wall, filed with visible mesh, partial white sheetrock mud, and unpainted. The backdoor's top doorframe molding had fallen off and was stored in the laundry room. The transition strip between the primary bedroom and the sewer gas infused bathroom was missing exposing the plywood floor decking. The toilet paper holder in the second bathroom was missing and one could see the 2 holes in the wall where it had been located. The uncared for house reflected the uncaring host's responsiveness.

Closet door removed and placed in the closet.

Convenient Location to Airport. Priced affordably. Household items need updating. Toilet in master needs new wax ring, feels like it is going to fall over. Broken stool. Lots of bugs.

underrated

honestly such a great find, I stayed with a big group of friends and accidentally underestimated how many rooms there were, but each bed was humongous!!! easily fit three people without being squished or even touching one another!! set up was wonderful and the couch was comfortable and beautiful! I'm not too sure if this was advestised, but there is a campfire pit out back that we got going and regretted not grabbing smores!! only thing was it was weirdly difficult at times to unlock the door, but thats moreso on me most likely lol! great place for real!!!

Perfect for the purpose

This stay was perfect for the purpose. We had to take our son up to drop him off for college. The location was convenient, it was close to quite a few restaurants, the house was clean, it was as described, the host was clear and thorough.

It was ok

The house itself was fine. I showed up early, without messaging the guy first, and wasn’t able to check in early. Which was fine. There was a weed smell that made me nervous. But when we checked in, it was gone. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, I hated the couch. There were chairs and a fire pit? In the back yard but it was full of water. Neighbor has a mini mango tree that was dropping fruit. And there were a few lizards head bobbing on the back steps. Now the neighborhood, couldn’t drive 2 blocks without someone at a stop sign asking for money. There were times driving to the house where I didn’t feel safe. But at the house itself, it was ok. It was an hour drive to go 30 miles at any point in time during the day. I should’ve done better research on the location.

This home is so beautiful and was very clean. And with having kids with us we loved that there was a washer and dryer. There were extra linens and towels available. Netflix was available which was a plus with the kiddos. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely book in the future again.

The property was beautifully located minutes from Ybor City. The property made u feel secure with its onsite cameras and accessible security alarm. The property was remodeled to a more contemporary look, the art was modern. Beautiful stay!!

This property isn't located in the best area, however, we never felt unsafe nor did we have any issues. The property was very clean and had all of the necessities at our disposal. I would stay at this property again whenever visiting Tampa. The house was equipped with security cameras in the front and back.

The property was as advertised. I had reached out to the host twice, once before check in and once during stay and received no response which was a little concerning. Luckily they were minor inquiries. Otherwise our stay went well. Check out 7th Ave in Ybor City, cute bars and restaurants.
