    Close proximity to Macdill AFB.
    Fenced yard for your fur babies.
    Also check out the waterside restaurants 5 min from house.
    Close to beaches,stadiums shopping malls.
    No parties Allowed.
    There is an additional pet fee.

    The pet fee must be paid prior to check in. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. The yard is fenced but please keep an eye on your pet at all times. We appreciate you understanding.

    Trash (blue bin)comes on Tuesdays and Fridays, recycling ( green bin) comes only on Tuesday.

We had a wonderful time. The home was everything we were looking for and then some. A beautiful home in a great location. Our host was most gracious and very accommodating. We plan on staying there again.

Dads stay

My father stayed here while he was in town for my daughters birthday. He loved his stay at Karas place! It was very clean with all amenities anyone could need. Great location as well!

The house was perfect. Felt so comfortable & at home. Nice neighborhood & felt safe walking the dog. Kara texted after first night just to make sure everything was alright. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for our visit with family at Macdill AFB. Enjoyed the screen porch. Good value. Way better than a motel room!

Just like the photos. We enjoyed the back patio and the uniqueness of this home. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.

Exactly as stated--cute and cozy home for our family! In a great area--perfect for our morning walks. Kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Kara was great. Back patio was so nice too! Very glad we found this location for our visit with our son.

Positive Vibes, Quiet Neighborhood

The only bad thing about our stay was that it was too short. Loved the house and the positive energy about it. Check in was super easy and the back porch was a quiet sanctuary for morning coffee. Beds were comfy as well.

Lovely, clean and cozy home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Friendly and very accommodating hosts. Great location. Cute screened in little back porch and even a game room! We would definitely come again!

Quiet Tampa visit

Very quiet neighborhood and the house was very interesting with the owners very artisic and eclectic touches. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the amenities you need. If we are in the Tampa area again, we will surely stay here.

Awesome hosts, awesome stay!

This property is cozy, homey and oh so comfortable and quiet. The hosts are amazing. There is everything you will need for a great vacation. Great for adults, children of all ages and fur babies. Convenient to Tampa sights and beaches. We hope we get to stay again on our next visit to Tampa. Thank you Kara and Tigra!

This was a good property for me. The host Kari and her daughter are very good at responding to their messages and so sweet. The house is clean and the ENERGY is so positive. There are affirmations EVERYWHERE. I loved the art and the all the words on the walls and even on the coffee mugs. The property is well supplied with everything I needed. My service dog and I felt very welcomed for our short little stay. I would stay again while visiting my daughter here.

Peaceful home

This is a clean, pleasant, charming home that looks smaller in the on-line photos than it actually is. It is located in a safe, quiet, older Tampa residential neighborhood. Amenities and attractions are a short drive away. The house is thoughtfully provisioned and decorated, the screened-in porch is a nice semi-outdoor space to sit in, and the hosts are readily available through vrbo messaging text.

Cozy and comfortable home

I absolutely loved this spacious bungalow home.. nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a perfect back porch to drink your morning coffee. Close to restaurants, shops, and doggie park for your furbaby. Kara the host was excellent to work with. Kara keeps the home well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. I can't recommend this property enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Trip

Everything was as is shown in the pictures, the neighborhood was quiet and pretty, neighbors we nice as well. Our Host has the property set up beautifully and it was well equipped. We felt at home the moment we stepped in the door. Kara checked on us the morning after our arrival and called us after we had left as we left our headphones behind. I can't wait to go back and stay again.

More than we imagined

We hadn’t been to Florida in over 40 yrs so things of course had changed a lot. We didn’t know what to expect from the Tampa area, but were pleasantly pleased at what we found. Our rental house was very nice and homey, plenty of space for what we needed. Loved the back screened in porch, it’s where we started our day and where we ended it!! Loved biking on the Bayshore Fitness Trail, it took us into the city for food and refreshments. Will definitely be going back!!

Great place.

Everything was great. The host does not have a cable package but plenty of streaming options. It was playoff weekend and we had trouble watching games. Most streaming options wanted you to subscribe. Everything else was great. Gameroom was fun.

Highest recommendation

If you are looking for a stay in Tampa, we strongly recommend this listing. The pics on VBRO do not do the house justice. It is bigger and more charming than the pics let on. It had everything we needed in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to many amenities. Kara was a responsive and accommodating host. Compared to a sterile hotel, the house had a welcoming vibe with a homey personality. Wifi was reliable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 TVs, a separate game room with classic arcade, air hockey, billiard, and Nintendo Wii. In the garage were Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. There was a fenced yard for the dogs and a screened in patio. Highest recommendation.

Just what I needed!

Nice quiet neighborhood for me and my dog. We had a wonderful time relaxing in a house that had everything we needed. Close to many good restaurants and the Riverwalk.
