Second time staying at this property while visiting fam in Tampa. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Owners are in touch during the stay (even though we didn’t need anything). Close to everything. Would stay again.

Nicely updated and maintained South Tampa Bungalow

Property was cute and on a corner for some added privacy. It had all the amenities advertised, and everything was in clean and working condition. Property management was easy to contact and were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, lots of rules

This house was just as pictured/described and had what was needed for our stay. However I did feel like there were quite a few rules that were a bit over complicated. For example you can’t turn the temperature below 72 or the AC is at risk of freezing and you could be charged. And then you have to take out the dishes from the dishwasher if you run it at the end and take out the trash, which I feel like you shouldn’t need to do when paying 1000 for a place for the weekend in my opinion. Finally, we brought a blow up mattress because we had the allotted amount of people in the home (6) but they weren’t all comfortable sleeping in the 3 beds together, while I don’t expect the home owner to provide sheets or blankets for us for that I just asked if they had an extra blanket in the home as we were looking for one when it was a bit cooler and the response from the owner was just that they couldn’t provide us something for a blow up mattress as the home sleeps 6 in the beds. As long as I pay you for the stay I don’t think we need to tell you where we have decided to sleep in the house or to defend that. Overall okay and relatively safe area but not necessarily the best area in Tampa or walking area. Fine for us but just FYI for others

Nice house, Good location

Nice clean house. Backyard was nice although I didn’t use due to the cold and rainy weather. Aaron was great! Checked and made sure everything was ok. Only suggestion would be more kitchen utensils such as colander, wine glasses and steak knives. I would definitely rent here again.

Good location, clean.

Cute house in a good location, needed more towels and host had some sent the next day. Only suggestion is for the host to change the front door code lock. It’s old and the buttons are not working properly. Takes many times to unlock and load the door. Over all good experience

House had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Large yard with nice privacy fence. No problems with neighbors or neighborhood. Would stay again.

Perfect fit for our needs

The La Salle house was a perfect fit for our needs and family. Our son had treatments at Moffitt and the location was only a 20 minute drive. We choose La Selle for four reasons: we each needed own our room with a good sized bed, we have two therapy dogs, we needed a close and easy drive to Moffit, we need both a tub and a walk-in shower. Rooms were perfect for us. Dogs loved the tile floors and the backyard. The drive was just right. Tub and walk-shower served their purpose. Neighborhood was as described and safe. Neighbors were diverse and very friendly. Thank you. Greg

University of Tampa Beach Volleyball Tournament

Location is great to Tampa University, (we walked to it easily each day). Check in and communication with owner was easy. House was clean and safe. All amenities were there (we even grilled steaks one night). Beds were a little firm for me, but comfortable. Linens were very soft and comfortable.

Just okay.....

Neighborhood not suitable for outside walking, activity. Broken glass around, sidewalks in disarray, trash around. Trash can lid in kitchen broken, no wine glasses, tiles in kitchen broken/chipped, tabletop sticky when arrived, no baking pans, only 1 regular size spoon, rug in master suite needs shampooed. Appliances very old. Doors and baseboards need cleaned.

Perfect location

Very comfortable & clean! If you want to go to Ybor, Amalie Arena, the Riverwalk, or Raymond James stadium the location is great! Although the location is great, if you go to a major event at Raymond James Stadium leave at least an hour in advance. The traffic is terrible! Ladies do not take your purse! Take a very small clutch! Overall, if we go back we will stay there again!

good location

Nice house, property was close to what we went for the straz theater. Aaron was a little sarcastic when we asked about host fees. We requested early check in and late check out but was not able to accommodate. Cleaning crew leaves a note requesting to do laundry (wash towels) and leave dishes clean in. Nothing we are not used to doing when we stay with VRBO just found weird specially with how high fee is.

Cute little place

This property is a cute little rental. For a 3bed/2bath it makes good use of the space, and suited me and our other guests quite well. The back yard is fenced in and offers good privacy. The proximity to I-275 is very convenient as well. The only negative is that the neighborhood, while conveniently located, is rather sketchy.

Comforts in Tampa!

House was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, enough room for us to have our own space. Fully-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Perfect location in an urban neighborhood. Close to seemingly everything. Was the perfect place for us to wrap up our vacation before flying home.
