Amenities was in good condition but in the bathroom by the toilet paper, I don’t know if that was blood stains, but just let them know to clean it up properly besides that I really liked it and I will book with you again

When we got to the complex we saw there was a lot of construction going on and once we got to our unit we realized the construction was literally right outside our door. This was not very relaxing. And the next 2 mornings (Friday and Saturday) the construction started at 9:30am, which isn’t super early but when you’re on vacation and want to sleep in that makes it very difficult. There was no indication in the unit posting that construction would be going on, nor were we notified once it got close to the reservation date that construction would be occurring. I messaged the host about the construction noise and how this was very upsetting and not relaxing to have this going on right outside our apartment. I mentioned that it would have been nice to offer some sort of discount to account for the construction and inconvenience. Even just to offer the 50 back for our early check in would have been appreciated. Also, a response to the message I sent would have been appreciated. I received no response from the host (this dropped my rating to 2 stars). There was also mold at the bottom of the shower curtain and limited silverware (2 forks). And FYI, there is very limited counter space in the bathroom, and no dresser in the bedroom if that is something you look for. The tiki bar/restaurant by the pool was really nice with great bartenders. We were just very disappointed about the construction but more so that we heard no response from the host.

Unit was very smelly/musty!!! Had to buy air fresheners to try and get rid of the smell ! The dehumidifier had to be emptied constantly. Noticed a lot of moisture removing things in the unit so must have obviously had issues with the smell/moisture prior to our stay.? And floors were dirty and had to keep your shoes on…??

Nice place

The place was nice but not as polished as I’d imagined. The floors were a bit dirty and dusty and the pull out couch that my son slept on did not have a mattress! It only had a topper so that was disheartening given the amount of money you spend to stay. The pull out couch did not look like it’d been cleaned as there were crumbs or dirt all over it when we opened it up. The balcony was nice to drink your coffee and have a bay view. The pool did not keep towels stocked at all times and we could not take any from the room. All in all it was a nice stay and the resort was quiet during appropriate hours. It has a bit of an older crowd which I prefer even though I’m in my 30s. The pool was relaxing and we absolutely loved the setup with the sand and chairs along with gas fire pit for watching the sunset, that was our favorite spot. The only downfall was the couch and more blankets could be provided as the ones in the room were very thin and not enough to keep me warm as I’m used to a thick comforter. The room is better for a couple who share a bed.

Beautiful Rocky Point

This was a comfortable, although small, condo in the perfect location. We could easily travel to Clearwater, downtown Tampa, and points north and south. Property managers very cooperative. The unit's location on the side of the building was perfect since it was right on the water, unlike the front facing ones which looked across the parking lot, pool, sundeck, etc. before the Bay. Pool was clean and refreshing. We will be back to Rocky Point.

Great location

This property was clean and in great condition. Had everything you'd need and the balcony is fantastic. Nice views! This is also in a great location to access the beaches or anything nearby. Parking and access were great as well. The only downside - and it wasn't the owner or manager's fault - is that this location is right next to a hotel room and the guests that stayed there were extremely loud late into the night over the weekend. I had to call security several times. It was fine and settled down during the week.

Love the rocky point area!

This little condo was perfect for my and my husband 4 night stay! Took a wonderful walk in the morning over to the beach. Great restaurants and places to grab a drink at right in walking distance! We went to Tampa zoo and to the Tampa Bay Downs both less then a 30 min drive! Great fun! We definitely stay here again!

Was a bit smaller than we would have liked but settled in ok. Perfect location to get anywhere, especially Steinbrenner stadium.
