  • Small and cozy, this South Seminole Heights home sits among other adorable homes in a stellar neighborhood, just a block from the Hillsborough River, and is within walking distance to great places to eat and drink. The Seminole Heights part of Tampa is wildly convenient to all of this city’s must-see spots; downtown, bayshore boulevard, Hyde Park Village, Busch Gardens, The Tampa Riverwalk and more. Whether or not you book with me, I’m still thrilled to help you find things to do while here.

Great Stay

The property was great. I loved the proximity to the river and the park. Easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing Stay

The house was very nice and exactly as picoted. Hew is and outstanding host, he worked with me for an extension on my stay and gave me superior service. I plan on renting from him again. The backyard is heaven sent, just beautiful.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay! Communication was top notch from start to finish. The place was super clean upon our arrival. Linens were clean and smelled fresh. We had all we could need in this updated space. The location was great for us as we were in town for a Bucs game. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

Excellent Property & Convenient Location

I'm between residences, and was looking for some place that was homey and convenient to the highways, this was it. Great communication and was able to make concessions regarding my pets. I extended 2x during visit. Quiet quaint neighborhood for walking pets, very safe neighborhood... I know this, because I used to live not even a quarter mile from there.. highly recommend. Thanks for and awesome experience. PS, My son said not to forget, very tech savvy and accommodating regarding entertainment systems.

Great pet friendly place

Just as described in the listing, this little house worked great with our dog and cat. It was really thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed when we evacuated after the hurricane. I gave a four out of five for location because the neighborhood is under heavy infrastructure construction and was really hard to get around. Obviously this is beyond the control of the owners. Thanks for letting us stay!

Cute Modern Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our dogs. The backyard was nice and cozy and it was nice to have a place for the dogs to run around. It felt like home and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic property in a great area with a great host

I was in town for work for a 10 day trip. I brough my dog. The location was walkable to restaurants with patios. I was able to take my dog on morning walks along the river and around the park. The location we central to everywhere I need to go. The place was clean and had pretty much everything I needed. No wasted money at the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Relaxing, good location.

Property was clean inside and out. Neighborhood was quiet, little traffic noise but got use to it. Enjoyed the back yard fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the easy drive to downtown and the airport. Host was very accomadating!!!

Great Stay, Great Location!

The house exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic with many good restaurants within walking distance, and major thoroughfares nearby. The host was very accommodating, and the backyard was perfect for our pup! Would stay here again and again :)

Relaxing Stay

Check in was a breeze, house was well stocked with absolutely everything that we needed. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the TV's were all set up to prepare with internet streaming (Hulu & Netflix). Would definitely recommend.

Oasis's

My father was undergoing treatments at Moffit. This home was amuculate! Beautiful back yard , house was completely furnished. Definitely will go back.
