Great stay!

Host was extremely accommodating! Check in process was seamless. Very clean and cozy. The backyard was awesome! The night weather was perfect to light the fire pit out back. The only recommendation that I would make is to put TVs in the other 2 bedrooms

Was okay for a night

Communication with property manager was great, timely, and prompt; check-in/out was very easy. We didn't use it, but the smart technology in the home seemed to be set up very well. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, but we knew that going in. We just needed a place for the night. As far as cleanliness, the Fabuloso smell almost knocked us out when we walked in. It was offensive and there was still an underlying dog smell. Overall surface cleanliness appeared to be good, but the property itself needs major attention. Battered and dirty baseboards, doors, walls, and ceilings. No hair dryer in either bathroom. Questionable whether the sheets were actually clean. No towels, hand towels, or floor mats in the bathrooms. Found some towels in the linen closet that were mismatched and well used. Looks like they were probably picked up here and there from thrift stores. Feedback for owner/property manager: highly recommend using crisp white sheets and towels only.I would not stay here again, especially for the price charged.

Honest Opinion

First the place is very cute inside. And the kids loved the outside area, made it feel bigger then what it was. Master bedroom: It has a queen size bed with nice bedding on it except, I always like white sheets when I stay places just to be sure everything is clean. All beddings in all 3 rooms have grey sheets. All 3 rooms have very flat 2 inch pillows (very used) they all need replacment. My teen daughter stayed in the 2nd bedroom but because there is no tv in the room, she decided to sleep on pull out couch, we looked for extra sheets but non were in closets. So, she pulled the sheets off the queen bed to use, that is when she saw the mattress protector under sheets had blood over it.(hasnt been washed in some time). The Master bathroom was cute but no towels in bathroom or master closet for use. We had to grab a towel from hallway closet, so grab before you go in. (only 5 mix matched colored towels total) We grabbed 2 towels to put in there, unfortunately the green towel we had grabbed had blood stains on it. (We left it out so next cleaner can see it) again the reason why I only like useing white towels at places we stay so I know they are clean and can be bleached. 3rd. Bedroom: we had our two small boys stay in this room with 2 twin beds, they enjoyed the stay, beds didnt bother them and they seemed to be happy except no night lights in any rooms. bring your own. Kitchen drawers all fall out, They need to be fixed to be able to pull out.on rails.

An Amazing Stay

The property was beautiful and very clean when we got there! The host was very accommodating and made it very comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and overall would recommend and would stay again!

Short visit

We just stayed one night. The house was very nice but the neighborhood was a little unkept. The backyard needed some TLC and the bugs were terrible. The inside of the house was great!

Save your money

We arrived in town for a concert right around 5pm. Not a great neighborhood to enter, felt like we were scoped out from entering the area but we didn't have time to reconsider! upon coming to the front door, we noticed that the keypad was not working and the deadbolt from the keypad was missing. We had to contact the host, who directed us to the left side of the home to a key box that was attached to a hanging water pipe. We entered the home and had to get ready quickly for our event. Even as we were rushing to get ready, we noticed things like lights flickering as we used the water, the back yard/patio photos were clearly taken when it was brand new and not the missing/damaged ways that it is currently is with missing pillows and tathered material! I am very meticulous in how I leave things including the lockbox numbers that I set it to when I took the keys out. At some point in the night, someone attempted to get the keys out of the lockbox and reset the code. By morning, this was discovered, we got ready, packed up all of our belongings even though we paid $611 for the whole weekend. reached out to the host by phone call, which we have proof of, as we were in driveway leaving by 11:30am because none of us felt comfortable staying another night in that home or neighborhood. The host never responded back so my wife encouraged me to contact Vrbo directly to let them know that we checked out as well. Host promised one day refund with Vrbo on the line and has yet to do so.
