We booked this apartment for multiple weeks for the Xmas and new year season. The first issue we had was with the sink in the single bathroom. The stopper was stuck in place which meant we couldn’t drain water. There is a sink in the kitchen so not the worst thing in the world. But we couldn’t get maintenance to come by to fix it for a few days and when someone did show up he said he’d fix it after we checked out. Not a great solution. The next problem is how you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Our upstairs neighbors were stomping on the floors during all hours including the middle of the night. Not the owner’s fault obviously but the location is a negative. The kicker was that on Xmas eve we started hearing dripping water in the bathroom. What we thought was just the faucet ended up being a big leak in the ceiling above the shower. Obviously the neighbors were the cause. Within one hour of the leak, a 2nd leak popped up also above the shower. When I spoke to the management company they told me they could guarantee that maintenance could come by to fix in a timely manner. Instead of waiting potential days for the damage to get worse my family and I had to leave and try to cancel the rest of reservation. 2 weeks later we still have not heard from the property owner and haven’t been given any sort of refund for the stay. I advise all to stay away from this listing.
