Unit has a very nice kitchen/bar area but only had 1 kitchen towel. Bathroom was ok but only had 2 washcloths for 3 days we were there. Towel bar was broken/missing and was in a dresser drawer. Sofa and chair were ok but sofa seems to be a little broken down and uncomfortable after sitting for a while. Outside chairs and table were very nice. The property grounds itself was nice and quiet and had a nice pool area and a separate beach type area with nice seating area's with teaky huts for shade, but no actual beach, or at least we didn't see one. Our biggest issue was with the units front door keylock assembly and dead bolt. The door did not shut correctly and fully and the inside dead bolt didn't work at all. The door was so loose in the frame that you could see daylight along the side of the door because it wasn't shutting correctly. I contacted owners/management and never got a reply until we got our exiting instructions and when i asked about the door issue again was told that the door is "secure" and that no one could enter the unit because of the locking keypad. This door lock assembly was so bad and loose and did NOT work as it should have that we had to wedge a chair under the door lock at night to fell safer in the unit because it felt like it wouldn't take much effort to get the door opened from the outside if someone really wanted too. We have stayed at quite of few rentals before with family and friends and have never felt so insecure in a unit as we did here.
