Great place. Everything was clean, pool was awesome, and we got a lot of use from the kayaks. Nice quiet community for walking around also. We enjoyed our stay.

We were 3 generations, ages 13-72. We all enjoyed the property and would stay again. Several of us used the pool. My granddaughter would have lived in it. We enjoyed the outside seating area. 4 people did some kayaking & 1 did some fishing. Having the large washer & dryer was nice for us. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. It was a nice location for us as well.

It was everything that it advertised and more! We were able to enjoy all the amenities, pull out couch for the kids, they really enjoyed the projector screen and pool! We got to fish and landed a lot of different types of fish including 2 stingrays! The whole family had fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this house and it had everything else needed to feel like we were at home away from home! Thanks Brian and Trina for sharing your home with us! We would stay here again!

Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Just what we needed. We appreciated all the attention to details like extension cords and plug ins for charging cords, hooks to hang towels (inside and outside), hand soap and paper products to get us started. Everything was very clean and accessible. Thank you again!

Family trip

The house was clean, comfortably furnished and provided a lot of supplies including fishing gear. We were very disappointed in the kayaks however. There are 2 singles and one double, but only one seat back was in working condition and it was on the double kayak. We were hoping to use them on the canal. Also, the sliding glass door to the lanai does not lock so anytime we left, we had to hope nothing got stolen. The pool was fantastic along with the chaises and chairs provided. I would highly recommend this house, just dont count on the kayaks. We did have to contact the owner when we arrived because the code did not work. They got back to me within 5 minutes and fixed the issue.

Waterfront Oasis

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. We loved the pool and the sandy beach by the dock. We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of immediately. The Hosts we’re always available as well as the caretaker. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for families, even teens! 😜

This property is clean, neighborhood is safe and great for families! We travelled with our teens and pets and this place was perfect! Lots of space for everyone to lounge, and amentities did not disappoint! We drove from Ohio and were so pleasantly surprised to get a message from Brian saying house is ready, check in anytime! A full 2.5 hours before the usual check in time! Long drive dream! Dogs had safe place to explore as well! We went to the beach one day (our usual beach spot ) and we're so happy to be back in our rental away from all the noise, traffic and long lines for everything! We will be back! Thanks Brian and Trina!

Fabulous Home

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. The house had everything we needed and more. My husband enjoyed the projector, to watch football. The area was quiet, we enjoyed the nearby Manatee Viewing Center as well as Bucs game.

Perfect Getaway

What an amazing getaway we had celebrating my wife’s birthday! Brian and Trina have created a resort atmosphere including all the amenities. From fishing off the pier (tackle and rods included) to kayaking through the canals. The pool is amazing day and night. They really put their heart into every detail. If your goal is to chill or explore they have you covered. 5 stars for their communication and availability to answer any questions! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous property & stay

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The home and yard/landscaping were well cared for and maintained. Brian and Trinia have thought of everything... I even packed my blender and coffee grinder thinking those aren't standard kitchen appliances we always find in a rental-- only to be pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen was thoroughly appointed. Doggie doors for the pups to a gated area was great... The dock, pool area and lanai were loved by all!! I gave location/neighborhood 4 stars only because we were a bit further into the cove than we had hoped and it took about an hour to get our boat back and forth in the water to the marina. But that was a minor inconvenience even and we are so grateful to have had access to the dock & lift during our visit. Can not say enough - we will be back!! :)

Amazing property and location! First class!

We stayed for a week at this property. Our check in was easy and straight forward. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Highlights were a very nice pool and pool area, lanai, and dock on the canal. Small sand area for kids and a great view of the sunset. It also has a great movie screen and projector with a nice surround sound system, we enjoyed movies every night of our stay. The beds are comfy, washer and dryer, and an extra refrigerator for overflow drinks and food. Big large bathrooms with plenty of towels and amenities. The location is perfect with easy access to the bay and local restaurants. We rented a boat and kept it on the dock and enjoyed the waterway and fishing from the dock. The hosts were extremely helpful and provided information on boat rentals,‘ fishing and more. They even had some rods we could use to catch some fish. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay and better hosts. Top notch on every level. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation

This house was perfect for my family and I. We stayed with friends who also had a toddler and it was very child friendly, which we were happy about. The location was great, we enjoyed st Pete and spent a day at Disney. I would recommend this to my family and friends!

Overall this was a great place to rent. It was easy to use our boat, pool was great. We didn’t go anywhere but by boat. We would suggest a second large garbage can outside when we checked in the can was already full.

This home was beautiful and well-maintained. The property was as described in the listing and everything was super clean. Brian and Trina were easy to communicate with and were extra accommodating when we needed to make some schedule adjustments due to work delays. Highly recommend this property!

Apollo Beach

Everyone should to the Apollo Beach and check out the Sunset. It was just gorgeous. The house was in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was a great place to stay. We would rent it again.

1st family vacation

My wife and I, and 4 kiddos from 3-16 yo stayed here. On our drive down we were notified by Brian and Trina that we could check in as early as 12 on our arrival, that the house would be ready!!! Huge help for us. We did not ask originally. We were driving through the night, in hopes the littles would sleep, so we were going to be in the area about 2-6 hours early, depending on how drive went! We actually arrived at the house at 11:47 so we only had 13 minutes to wait!!! Huge relief to be allowed in early!!! When we first arrived to the house we were a little worried. There is not much curb appeal, pretty plain on the outside and the grass looked like it hadnt been mowed in a while. Grass was probably 8-12 inches tall. We walked around back and found the rest of everything to be amazing and looks just like the pictures or better! When we got inside the house we did have a problem with the AC.. it was out!! it was 86' inside the house when we arrived. I called Brian and he didnt answer initially but called me back in less than 5 minutes. Discussed a few things and then he had a company come look at it to get it up and going. They limped it along that evening to get it cooling off at least a little that evening and then were able to get the part needed and get it fixed the next day. We are from Indiana and thermostat at home is set on 68-70...it got up to 91 in the house that afternoon/evening. The AC system in the home is supposed to be some fancy system but its ultimately just a pain in the buttox in my opinion. You will need to set the vacation mode on it or itll keep reverting to 78. figured that out on our 2nd to last night(my fault!) But ultimatly they got it fixed for us ASAP and even gave us some refund to make up for our suffering during that!! * The system was in the house when they got it, they did not put that sytem in just having to deal with it same as us!* Grass mowed and pool serviced Monday after we arrived. The movie screen was something the kids really looked forward to but we did not ever get the projector to actually work. Trina offered to help and timing of when they could help and when we were home just jever worked out. Ultimately not a huge deal so we didnt make it a point to stop our plans to fix it but again Brian and Trina came through and sent a gift card for dinner to apologize. Ultimately very happy with the house and Brian and Trina! Would definitely recommend and come back!!

Great Place

Wonderful house, very open layout. House was really clean and everything worked as it should. Kids loved the pool, fishing and eating outside. Could have used some more forks and glasses but this was only a minor inconvenience. Beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed watching movies on the projector.
