Property was spacious nice kitchen Main issue was ac. The ac had issues and not cooling down home. They sent someone to check and needed to order a part. Not knowing when the part would come we couldn’t stay there. 80 degrees in the home. We asked the host to find out about a refund, full refund because the ac never did work correctly.Vrbo gave us a full refund with host approval. I own a business and things do happen and they handled it correctly. We were able to find another air bb that night last minute so worked out. Hope they get the ac fixed before renting out again
