Designed for families and groups who want true ski-in/ski-out convenience, this cabin offers the charm of a mountain retreat with access to Camelback’s year-round attractions.

    Mornings begin with breathtaking mountain views from the private back deck. Enjoy coffee in the crisp mountain air, then grill dinner outdoors while taking in the peaceful wooded surroundings. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, waterparks, or a relaxing mountain escape, this home places you just minutes from everything Camelback and the Poconos have to offer.

    Inside, the home feels warm and welcoming with a classic cabin atmosphere. The living room features a propane fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes or exploring the area. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided for year-round comfort.

    This townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families and small groups.

    Ski-In / Ski-Out Location:

    This is a true ski-in/ski-out unit with access to the slopes within a short walk. The home is only a couple minutes from the ski slopes entrance and just minutes from all Camelback Mountain attractions.

    Camelback Mountain is one of Pennsylvania’s top ski resorts and a popular destination for guests traveling from New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. The resort offers 39 ski trails, 100% snowmaking, night skiing, and Galactic snow tubing. Camelback is also home to the biggest snow tubing park in the USA with 42 lanes, as well as multiple ski-in/ski-out dining options.

    Camelback is also known for its award-winning learn-to-ski and snowboard programs for both kids and adults, making it a great destination for beginners and families. The Camelback Terrain Park features rails, tables, and terrain for riders of all skill levels.

    Village at Camelback Clubhouse Amenities:

    Guests have access to the Village at Camelback clubhouse, located a short walk or short drive from the home.

    Clubhouse amenities include:

    • Glass-enclosed indoor pool
    • Jacuzzi and sauna (operational during pool schedule)
    • Fitness room / gym
    • Two indoor tennis courts
    • Two outdoor tennis courts located next to the clubhouse

    Important Guest Information:

    Guest Count Policy-
    Please ensure that all guests are included in your reservation and documentation. Adjustments to your reservation after arrival will incur an additional fee of $50 per night for each guest beyond the number listed on the original reservation.

    Stairs to Unit-
    To reach the townhome, guests must descend a stairway from the parking lot to the lower section of the condo cluster. The climb back up is approximately 35 steps.

    HOA Agreement Requirement-
    At least 72 hours prior to the start of your reservation, a completed and executed Home Owner’s Association agreement is required. By signing the agreement, guests agree to follow all HOA rules and regulations. This is required by both the town and the HOA.

    Guest Access:

    Guests have access to the home and to the Village at Camelback clubhouse and amenities as outlined above.

    Important House Guidelines:
    • The property has a sensitive septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Any non-compliance that results in system failure or damage will be charged to the guest.
    • The minimum age requirement to book is 23. A government-issued ID will be required for verification.
    • All bed linens are provided, including mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, quilts, and extra blankets for your comfort.
    • Towels provided include one bath towel per guest, two kitchen towels, and one hand towel per bathroom. Pool and beach towels are not provided.
    • Exterior security cameras are in use around the property.
    • Check-out is promptly at 10:00am. Late check-outs will incur a charge of $50 per hour past the scheduled check-out time.

    HOA Agreement Requirement
    At least 48 hours prior to arrival, guests must complete and sign the Village at Camelback Home Owner’s Association agreement. By signing, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to comply with all HOA rules and regulations. This requirement is mandated by both the town and the HOA.

    Guests, occupants, and their invitees are jointly responsible for any damage caused to HOA property or common areas. Violations of HOA rules may result in fines, fees, or charges, which will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

    House Rules and Important Policies

    • Guest Eligibility: Minimum age to rent is 23. A valid government-issued ID is required.
    • Quiet Enjoyment: Quiet hours apply. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
    • No Parties or Events: Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
    • No Fireworks, Firearms, Hunting, or Trapping: These activities are not permitted on the property.
    • No Motorized Vehicles: ATVs, dirt bikes, and similar vehicles are prohibited, except for standard vehicles parked in designated areas.
    • Parking: Parking on grass is not permitted.
    • Firewood: Firewood is not provided and must be supplied by guests if needed.

    Septic System
    This home has a sensitive septic system. Flush toilet paper only. Improper use that results in damage or system failure will result in additional charges.

    Linens, Towels, and Supplies
    • All bed linens are provided, including mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, quilts, and extra blankets.
    • Towels are provided for guest use. Pool and beach towels are not provided.
    • Starter essentials are supplied, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

    Trash and Cleaning
    Guests must follow check-out trash instructions and ensure trash is securely bagged and placed in designated bins. Trash left unsecured or accessed by animals will result in additional charges.

    The standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover cleaning only. Excessive cleaning due to unreasonable conditions, including spills, stains, odors, smoking, unauthorized pets, or failure to remove trash, will result in additional fees. Charges are based on time and resources required, with a minimum fee of $50. Documentation and an itemized breakdown will be provided within 14 days of check-out.

    Check-Out and Late Departure
    Check-out is at the time listed on your VRBO reservation.
    Approved late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
    Unapproved late departures will also incur $50 per hour fees and may result in additional charges if incoming guests or cleaning schedules are disrupted.

    No-Smoking Policy
    Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outside and all waste must be disposed of properly. Smoking is not permitted in the hot tub.

    Evidence of indoor smoking will result in fines ranging from $200 to $2,000, plus the cost of professional remediation if required. Severe violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

    Safety and Security
    • Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property protection.
    • Guests are responsible for using all amenities safely and responsibly.
    • Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the booking guest.
    • By booking, guests agree to assume responsibility for their use of the home and amenities and waive claims related to accidents or injuries arising from their stay.

Friends Trip

Great place

Had a wonderful stay. Home is clean and close to slopes/resort. Plenty of space, we were 4 adults. The view of outside from living room was nice. Kitchen well equipped to cook meals. Would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway weekend

We were fortunate that the two trails closest to this house were open so we had full ski-in/ski-out capability. House in nice shape, as seen in pictures. Owners were very accommodating and friendly.

we enjoyed our time at the condo, it was a bit of a walk to the slopes, considering it was slope side & we were unaware that we had so many steps to take all our luggage down, but otherwise good time!

Lovely Stay

We had a nice stay. This home is conveniently located to the slopes and ski lift. Unfortunately, it poured down rain while we were there so we didn’t ski. The owner was very responsive with a small issue we had. We will definitely consider staying at this same home next trip!

Great Ski-on Ski-off Weekend

Scott and Kelli were the most delightful hosts. They had a little gift bag of snacks waiting for us, which was wonderful as the two kids were starving after a 2-hour drive. The place is even better than the pictures and it had everything we need for the perfect ski weekend. There were fluffy towels, soap, body wash, a conditioner, and a well-equipped kitchen. There was enough snow that the townhouse had a little path directly to the mountain, so the first morning we geared up and skied down to buy our lift tickets. So fun! We would certainly rent again!

Adorable condo

Came to Camelback for a ski weekend with friends and family. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us and friends had a condo on the other side of the walking path. The condo had everything and is beautifully decorated. We had a nice fire going which made it very comfy while we played games at night. I would suggest having a pair of fire gloves. All in all we had a great time and I would highly recommend this unit.
