When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

“It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give.
