“The staff member who assisted with our check-in was not very helpful and a bit grumpy. Even though we paid for breakfast for a reservation for 2, was told only one of us can which makes no sense. As a VIP member, we were expecting a lot more from the hotel. No upgrade was offered. A very cold greeting.”

“We arrived just before sunset and we were greeted by a beautiful sunset. Our cabin was on absolute beach frontage so the view was unobstructed. We poured ourselves a glass of wine and sat on the deck having a relaxing evening. The kitchen area had all the necessary items to prepare a meal but all cooking had to be done in the common kitchen, just behind us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night and the receptionist offered us a favourable discount for the second night.”
