“The staff - each and every one of them. From the night check in staff to the lovely hostess at our breakfast to the dear gentleman serving us drinks n dinner at the bar, each one was so friendly and gave us great service. I am extremely happy I chose to come here. The rooms were of course huge and clean and luxurious but I absolutely loved the staff! ”

“Had a great stay this weekend. The facilities are great. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent and very helpful and efficient. The food was good. The night porter also assisted with pick up and drop off from the lodges to the restaurant on Friday as it was very wet so that was appreciated. Only a couple of things that could be improved, the bed in the standard room is a small double so I felt like I was going to fall out. As a female who does a lot of solo travelling (though not on this...

“Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting”
