He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend.”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote.
