“Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.”

“Todo muy bien”

“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! “Great little getaway close to safety harbor downtown area with cool bars and restaurants ”

“OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!”

“This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.”

“Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“We are over 70 n handicap. We had to move over to other unit bed was saturated from air conditioning”

“The host was very helpful and prompt with their response”

“Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for...
