“It was great to check into a warm room with the heating on. Dinner & breakfast were delicious. No wifi or phone service in our accommodation, except for in the main building. Location beautiful. Cabin looking old & tired but was clean.”

“The reception was friendly and helpful and the room excellent, although one of the electric blankets was not working! The breakfast bar was very well appointed. I suggest that the low fence post at the upper edge of the parking area be painted a brighter colour and fitted with a reflector, so that drivers backing into the adjacent parking bay can see it more easily.”

“Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”

“Arrived at this accomidation late in the evening as we took Spirit of Tasmania so it was only a overnight stay for us. In the korning we were able to admire the beauty of Devonport. Property was right in front of the sea so its perfect for a morning stroll before heading out to explore Tasmania”
