“I rented this home as a place friends & family could stay as well as the venue for my husband's 50th surprise party. It had everything my guests & myself could want. Lots of space to spread out while still allowing for large groups to gather. The teens loved the game room & movie theater. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you desire. The only drawback are all the stairs but us old folks managed just fine! Overall 5 star location & highly recommend.”

“The property was as or better than advertised. We had a fun time enjoying the creek and walking the trail to the waterfall. Cabin was clean and has everything we needed. Location is a really good base location if you want to have some privacy, but have access to town. We would definitely recommend and say here again!”

“This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people.”

“What an amazing place by the lake! My family and I were visiting North Carolina for the first time, and intended on visiting both Charlotte and the national White water center. We decided on this location as it provided a house we could easily stay in if we decided to take it easy. We did just that the first couple of nights. Most of the time we spent in the pool, and bbq'ed. Each room has everything we needed, and whatever we didn't have we could obtain from Publix or the such. Really...

“This property was very spacious and on a calm and beautiful Cove. This is an older home which has been renovated, and the result is a well built, solid house. The bedrooms were spaced in two separate wings and were quiet and comfortable. The separate upstairs and downstairs living spaces provided our families with ample room to Spread out and find space. The Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. There are nooks and crannies where you can find space to be away from the group. There are many steps...

“We, (2 adults, 4 kids age 11-16) had a great time at this lovely home. It is in an amazing location, the house was great and the kids didnt want to leave. We were able to hang out, swim, kayak, and fish in the protected cove. On the boat dock you can hear the frogs at night, and birds during the day. Highly recommend it!”
