Excellent. Best place to stay in Tbilsi
Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.

Everything was good. I was not happy about not getting an email response from Michael about getting flowers for my girlfriend before my arrival. I had to go look for a flower shop in a totally new country for me where not too many people speak English to buy her flowers. The hotel staff could have arranged it for me when I was willing to pay whatever it costs. Hotel should have a toll free number so it doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg to make the phone calls from other countries to ask some simple questions.

جناح جنيور متوسط المستوى والطاقم جيد ومتعاون بشكل عام ويعتبر افضل فندق في تبليسي ينقصه وجود مطعم وكفي لان مطعمهم سيء (خدمات الغرف)، لكن يقع قريبا منه كفي ممتاز من جهة الحديقة بعد الكنيسة ولايوجد لوحة له قريب من السنتر ولايوجد سنتر فعلي لتبليسي مماثل لدول أخرى وانما نوعا ما قريب لاهم المراكز الحكومية مثل البرلمان

We’ve enjoyed our 2 night stay a lot: it’s a luxurious Marriott property, that is well taken care of, with wonderful, friendly staff that always smiles at you. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The whole property smelled great too, it was a pleasure walking into it after a hectic day of touristing outside. Breakfast buffet and food at Parnas were good too - universal, not local Georgian, which works for many tourists that are not familiar with Georgian cuisine. If I come back to Tbilisi - this hotel will remain my first choice of accommodation!

I paid in full for 5 nights prior to flying there. I didnt realize I would get an early check-in charge when I got there which was a disappointment but I was so tired, I just needed to get my room and didn't have to understand why I had to pay pretty much for 1 more day when I arrived same day only 8 hours earlier 😢 other than that, I had a great stay.

Aynı ismi taşıyan grup hoteli nedeniyle adres yanlışlığı her gün oluyor. Giriş-çıkış ve otopark yeri çok dar ve konforsuz akşam 10.00da servis bitti lobide sohbet edip zaman geçiremedik bahçenin üstü açık olduğundan yağmurda açık havada zaman geçiremiyoruz. Personelin güler yüzlü, yardımsever, bilgili olması eksiği unutturdu güzeldi

Отель был выбран, как сетевой, с ожидаемым стандартным сервисом. В номере делюкс при заезде из косметики были предоставлены по одному маленькому флакончику геля для душа и шампунь!!! Ни расчески, ни палочек, ни ложки для обуви, ни спонжей…. Халат тоже пришлось просить, когда после душа по приезду его не оказалось! Вообщем, за 30 тыс. руб. за двое суток оказалось, что за всем необходимым нужно обращаться дополнительно! Кстати, завтрак за эти деньги также не входил в стоимость. Впервые встречаю в сети Marriott такой сервис.
