“Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable y con ganas de ayudar. Los cuartos y las instalaciones están muy bien. Mi única observación es la calidad del café de los habitaciones se puede mejorar, por el precio de las habitaciones podría ser café de cápsula y no café soluble.”

“La limpieza de la habitacion no fue muy buena, cuando pediamos que limpiaran la habitacionlo hacian a medias, en realidad cambiaban toallas y hacian la cama pero no limpiaban nada”

“Very clean and spacious. I was in a town for a concert at Barclays and I felt safe walking from the stadium back to the home. There are several shops, markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The host and her family were very warm and welcoming and even accommodated my early check-in, as my flight got into NY super early. Would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Brooklyn.”

“Check in was at 4 pm my room was still not ready by 6pm. I was given and different room then what I originally booked and was not made aware until I went up to the room and noticed. I called the front desk to inform them they said they had given me that room since the room I had booked was not yet available and I would have to wait until the room I originally booked would be available and they unfortunately could not tell me how long that would be. I had a bad experience.”
