“We spent 4 nights at the residence. It’s was great for myself, my husband, son and of course our dog. We got in late in the evening and had to call for assistance. The host was gracious and helped us right away. The main bathroom shower was fabulous and was also a steam room, which our 16 year old used everyday. The only downside was the small kitchen area. “The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator.
